Modular Structural Layout
The front instrument area, mid footboard section, and rear seat bucket / battery compartment all use a modular design for easy assembly and later maintenance. Users can also personalize the scooter — adding storage boxes or child seats, for example.
High-strength Lightweight Frame
The main frame uses high-strength steel or aluminum alloy; critical load points such as the main frame beam, steering column, and rear swingarm are reinforced for driving stability and crash safety — meeting U.S. user demands for safety and durability.
Ergonomic Footboard Design
The footboard is wide and flat with anti-slip texture, providing comfortable standing or sitting support. Generous space beneath it accommodates a large battery pack or storage box — ideal for short school runs or carrying sports gear.

Both front and rear wheels have disc-brake mounting positions; tail lights, turn signals, and reflectors all have standard mounting holes, meeting mandatory national safety certification requirements and U.S. traffic safety regulations.

Footboard Mold — Special Notes
Optimized Structural Strength: The footboard mold uses a multi-cavity injection-molding process with internal reinforcement rib mesh, greatly improving compression and torsion resistance while keeping it lightweight, preventing long-term deformation.
Fine Surface Treatment: The footboard surface receives a special texture treatment with high friction coefficient — effective anti-slip even on wet surfaces. Edges are smoothly chamfered to prevent foot injuries.
Quick Mold-change Design: The mold supports fast changeover of different textures or colors of footboard panels to meet personalized customization needs and shorten production cycles.
